[Announcement] Reminder: Application Deadline & Submission Guide (Application Deadline: May 29, 17:00 KST)

Greetings,

Thank you for your interest in the 16th e-ICON World Contest.

As the preliminary application deadline is approaching, we would like to provide a reminder regarding the application and proposal submission process. Please refer to the information below and complete your submission before the deadline.

1. Application Deadline

• May 29, 2026 (Fri), 17:00 (KST)

※ Applications and proposals will not be accepted after the deadline.

2. How to Apply

1) Visit the e-ICON website and click the “Apply” tab
→ Access the application page for the 16th e-ICON World Contest

• Link: https://hn-eicon-front.rootsall.net/en

2) Click “Apply” and complete the individual application form
※ All team members (2 students and 1 teacher) must submit their own application forms individually.

3) Create a team

• Each team must consist of 2 students and 1 teacher.

4) Submit the App Development Proposal

• Download the proposal template and complete it in English
• The team leader must upload the proposal in PDF format

※ Your application will only be considered complete after the proposal submission.

3. Important Notes

• The proposal must be submitted once per team.
• The proposal may be revised and re-uploaded until the application deadline.
• The final uploaded version will be used for the preliminary evaluation.
• Teams that fail to submit the proposal before the deadline will be excluded from evaluation.

4. Announcement of Results

• Scheduled for July 3, 2026 (Fri)
• Results will be announced via the website and individual emails.
