[IMPORTANT] Application Guidelines for the 15th e-ICON World Contest (May 30, 17:00 KST)

Thank you very much for your interest in the 15th e-ICON World Contest.
As the application deadline for the preliminary round (May 30, 5:00 PM) is approaching, we kindly ask you to review the following instructions on how to submit your online application. We hope this guidance will assist you in completing the process smoothly.

< Online Application Submission >

1. Please visit the official e-ICON website and click on the “Apply” tab to access the “2025 15th e-ICON World Contest Application” page.
   (Direct link: https://hn-eicon-front.rootsall.net/)
2. Click “Apply” and complete the required fields, including personal information, related experience (if applicable), and your motivation for participating.
   
   • You may omit the section on related experience if it does not apply to you.
   • Please note that your application will only be considered complete once you submit the App Development Proposal.

< App Development Proposal Submission >

1. Log in to the “2025 15th e-ICON World Contest Application” website.
2. Click on “Create Team” and form a team consisting of one teacher and two students (a total of three members).
3. Download the official proposal template, complete it in English, and have the team leader upload the PDF file to the system.
   
   • This will complete the submission of your App Development Proposal and finalize your entry for the preliminary.
4. Please note that you may revise and re-upload the proposal as needed up until the application deadline.
   
   • The version submitted as of the deadline will be used for the preliminary evaluation.
   • The proposal template can be downloaded from the announcement section of the website.

We kindly ask that all applications and proposals be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, May 30.
Please be sure to meet the deadline, as late submissions will not be accepted, and failure to submit the App Development Proposal will result in automatic disqualification.

The results of the preliminary round will be announced in early July via the official notice board and through individual email notifications.
