Planning My Own Problem Solving App (UI design)
week 4 Designing the app’s problem-solving process and ‘UI (screen)’
Derive ideas to solve a problem You've defined

– After writing the problem you defined in the previous class, generate various ideas to solve your problem.
- Problems I defined
- My problem solving ideas
Organizing my problem-solving app

– Taking all of the previous problem-solving ideas together, let’s organize the problem-solving app you’re going to build.
Write a purpose for developing and creating your own problem-solving app

– Write a description of the problem-solving app you want to create, summarize your purpose (why) for developing and creating the app, and describe the value (benefits) of your problem-solving app.
Organize the attributes you need to design your app screens

– Let’s summarize what properties you might want to consider when designing your own problem-solving app screens. Organize them so that you can create a screen (UI) that reflects those properties.
Designing full-screen (UI) flows and events

– Let’s make a flowchart representation of the full screen (UI) flow and events as a flow of users using the problem-solving app I want to create.
(Example)TravelTreasures (Troubleshooting example app – Share travel items & reviews)
Part of the user interface (UI) and event flow
Design the screen (UI)

– Let’s design a detailed screen (UI) for the app I want to create. Design as many as you need based on the number of screens in your app.
(Example)
The value and use of your own problem-solving app

– Let’s explain the value and use case for the app you’ve created.
My impressions of designing my own app

– Write about your experience designing your own app screen (UI)
